Singer songwriter Richard Chase has earned the respect of audiences throughout the North Quabbin region and beyond with his superbly crafted songs and tasteful musicianship.
Chase’s songs are fresh and honest and reveal an introspective mind unafraid to probe feelings each of us can identify with: songs about fear or hope, homage to a friend who died in a freak accident, and of course songs of love.
A talented multi instrumentalist, Chase has appeared on many stages in a variety of genres that include symphonic, orchestral, jazz, pop, original, rock, choral, contra, theatre, as well as solo work. Writing and performing his own music as a solo, duo, trio, or quartet is the heart & soul of the Richard Chase experience but he can also be found running a sound system for a music festival, recording or performing in a local production, or singing his original songs at a local farmer’s market.
Richard Chase lives in Orange with his wife Lynn among luscious gardens, two cats a few chickens.
